HABEAS CORPUS: AN INALIENABLE, GOD GIVEN RIGHT!

"Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God."
(Leviticus 24:22)
God has declared in his Holy Word that in matters of law, there can be no differentiation between citizens of a nation, and foreigners. The
same laws and rights that apply to American citizens also apply to those who are citizens of a foreign country. That is the declaration of God
Almighty, and no king, president, prime minister, or attorney general has the authority to overturn the commandment of God. You may not
like that, but that's the way it is, so quit snivelling. The reason that God issued that decree is to prevent the abominations that occurred at
Abu Grahib, and are continuing to occur at Guantanamo prison. The citizens of Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan have an absolute right to be
tried in a U.S. Court of Law, and have an attorney represent them, and to be able to challenge the evidence presented by the prosecution.
The United States Constitution declared the very same thing in accordance with the Law of God:
Amendment 6: U.S. Constitution
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and
district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be
informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory
process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Ammendment 14, Section 1
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor
shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its
jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Those so-called "detainees" that are being held without charge for years on end in a U.S. Military Prison are definitely within the
Jurisdiction of the United States. They are entitled to equal protection of U.S. Law.
Under the Law of God, an accusation is not a conviction. The accuser must present corroborating evidence to back up his charge. That
abominable, silly notion of an accusation being proof of guilt, has been practiced in America ever since the trial of O.J. Simpson. The news
media already convicted him in the press, based on mere allegations and rumors from whores, greedy little opportunists, and
unquestionably corrupt police officers, who cared nothing for truth, but only wanted to gain fame and fortune, and advance their careers. It
was the jury, who carefully analyzed the prosecution's evidence, and decided objectively that they had failed to provide proof of guilt beyond
reasonable doubt. Thank God for honest jurors!
But other's have not been so fortunate. Our courts have repeatedly convicted people of crimes based on the accusations of one person,
contrary to the Law of God. God absolutely hates injustice, and he will visit the nation that promotes such injustice with severe punishment:
Make no mistake. The following declares that the accused shall have due process of law, and provided a trial.
"One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two
witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which
shall be in those days;
And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against
his brother;
Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot." (Deuteronomy
19:15-21)
Just because the CIA makes an accusation against a man, doesn't mean the charges are true. Indeed, lying is the stock in trade of the
CIA, by the very nature of its work. The spreading of disinformation is one of the primary duties of that organization. The very idea that the
citizens of a country who defend themselves against an enemy occupation are classified as "insurgents" is totally asinine. When the citizens
of Afghanistan were defending themselves against the invasion of their country by the Military Forces of the Soviet Union, we applauded
and aided their actions. We supplied stinger missiles to the Taliban, who were then known as the Muhajadeen, so that they could blast the
Soviet helicopters from the skies. We then installed the Taliban in power and became their allies. Now we have removed them, and
re-installed the Northern Alliance in power --- The very people that the Soviets had installed in the first place! Can such a flip-flopping of
ideology be described as anything but utterly ridiculous?
According to the Law of God, as put forth in Deuteronomy 19, it is the CIA that ought to be imprisoned at Guantanamo, not the citizens of
Iraq or Afghanistan! But what is really sickening to consider is the fact that the Supreme Court was divided on this issue: That decision
should have been unanimous, not 5 to 4. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, and Mucasey ought to undergo a little waterboarding
themselves!
